Yes ,zaroori hai, nahi to aap sale nahi kar paoge apna vehicle, aur aap ko latest NOC lena parhega bank se, bcoz NOC 3 months k liye hi valid hota hai

NOC ki validity with in 3 Months tk valid rehti hai uske baad aapko fir se apply karni pdegi.

brother koi or id lga do jruri nahi hai ki aapke father ke pass DL bhi ho. Aap koi or document lga doge usse bhi kaam ho jaega aapka.

Only Form 35 upload hua hai.kya rc And Puc upload krna jaruri hai upload ka option nhi a rha tha .8 Days ho gye. Kya rto me hard copy jma karna padega.

Brother site me issue ho jata hai kbhi kbhi aap 1-2 din wait krlo uske baad fir try krna.. or agr fir bhi nhi aa rha option to file aapki reject ho jaegi uske baad modify kar lena. Agr fir bhi smjh nhi aa rha hai aapko to insta ka link hai is channel pe aap wha jake dm krdo. mai solve krne ki koshish kr sakta hu.

sir aise koi issue nai hota lekin jab aap sale kroge apni car ko to problem hogi. bina hypothecation ke Ownership transfer nahi hogi aapki.

Rs 150 mein new RC ka bhi printing ho jayega kya ya fir alag se pay karna padega?

Sarkari fee aapko site pe approx 200-250 lgegi. iske baad aapki RC print hokr ghr aa jaegi. alg se aapko khi bhi pay nahi krna hai

insurance koi bhi upload krdo usse koi farak nahi pdega agr aapke pass valid insurance hai. In case agr rejection aaega bhi to fir se upload ka option aa jaega. 1st party upload krdo phle.

Form 35 is Notice of termination of Agreement of Hire purchase/Lease/Hypothecation. Bank will provide you this document once loan is completed.

Do we need to go to RTO after finishing or everything done on online.

You Don't Have to book appointment. Click on Hypothecation Termination usme aapki details show hogi. Kafi Baar Site ka Server busy rehta hai so keep trying after few minutes. I hope aapko smjh aaya hoga.

First'time bank noc मिला था तब h.p termination नही किया n.o.c का validity खतम हो गया था, बाद में n.o.c निकाल ला उस पर date अलग है तो new NOC का ही date डाल ना है या पुराणे noc का date

​@@infinitegaming5874 If you have not submitted the docs in the RTO properly, it will show 'Transaction successful but not inwarded at RTO Which means that it has not been submitted for clearance physically at the RTO yet (यदि आपने आरटीओ में दस्तावेज़ ठीक से जमा नहीं किए हैं, तो यह 'लेनदेन सफल है लेकिन आरटीओ में नहीं भेजा गया' दिखाएगा, जिसका अर्थ है कि इसे अभी तक आरटीओ में भौतिक रूप से मंजूरी के लिए जमा नहीं किया गया है) RTO Visit krlo aapko proper answer mil jaega ya fir helpline pe call krke puch sakte ho.

Pehle aap Apna vehicle number daal ke past history dekh lo agr wha se bhi show nahi ho rha hai to aap RTO visit krlo. Agr aapke pass koi document hai last apply ka to unko wo bhi dikha dena, agr in sab se bhi nhi kuch hua to aapko fir se apply krni pdegi.

Check Properly. Use default window browser. if site is not working in another browser. These are the option check again. 👇 Apply for change Adress Hypothecation [ Addition/Continuation/Termination]. Duplicate RC]
