I tried to include 1 minute segment from Oprah's show (about TM based Maharishi School in Fairfield Iowa) in my 1 hour video and it showed "Includes copyrighted content". I tried adding background music and no sound at all. Still marked with a strike. So sound did not seem to be the key factor. It waa visual. I tried making the video black and white, inverted, mirrored, tilted, smaller, larger, and added noise. But it still was marked. Finally I made frame captures every 10 seconds or so, and linked them together with the original sound, and it has no "copyrighted content" now. It gives good enough the idea of Oprah's segment.

This is perhaps the stupidest tutorial I have seen in the longest time. Just raising a dispute does not wipe our the copyright claim. In fact, a baseless dispute could result in a strike. 3 strikes and your channel is blocked.

I got a copyright claim for using about 40 seconds of this song its called Marshmello and Omar LinX " Keep it mello" and i have all of their linx in my video and i got a claim that wasnt even them and can i dispute it because its not even them and when i checked out their channel it doesnt even show the song at all can i dispute without getting terminated?

If you have no copyrighted content then they will probably try to make your live sour, but you will will it. It's a company (probably youtube itself, i also explane why i think that) that tries to claim your video's and then you got demonetised. but you are still make money on youtube premium and they get all that money. That's how they try to steal money from you. But if it goes to a lawsuit... you will win it. But that's only when you have no content in it what they claimed to be it's from them. Having copyrighted content in your video's don't demonetise you, all what happens is that the claimer gets all that money and when there is copyrighted content in there, well that it is logical.

I legit dont understand why my vids are copyrighted when i made them 😕😒i hope there is a new youtube soon this shit sucks bro deadass😔

no. unless if it says video blocked and taken down, you get a copyright strike. if you get three copyright strikes, your account is suspended for 90 days
