None of the methods you present worked for me. MS Word is an irrational random program, to try very hard to be nice about it! Nobody should have to work this hard to be able to delete a blank page, which BTY is not there by the user's inadvertent mistake or error as you imply. It's this program that always makes random choices for the user, auto-choices that are not helpful and it ends up in the user having to go look for solutions to disable those "extra" things, like blank pages, that only get in the way. Think of an automatic car that would just start to make idiotic choices to change speed or start the wipers really fast on a sunny day for you while you're ving on the highway. It's unthinkable, yet that is exactly what MS and others like them have been doing to us, and that's how they build their products. It is utter sloppiness and incompetence on the part of these software creators that wastes countless hours of their user's valuable time. Shame on them! No one should have any respect for these ultra-rich software makers who aren't even capable of thinking at the most basic level of logic
