    Thanks a million for doing this! I was changing my front bumper on my Honda Accord 2006 and none of the videos showed exactly how to remove the clip. They were all 'just use a flat head screw driver and remove it'. After struggling with several clips I concluded that there must be a proper way to do this and then found your video.

    Thank you, this was very helpful, i installed mud flaps on my car and went smoothly, i wish i seen this video 3 years ago on my last car installed mud flaps got the clips off, but took time and had to replace 2 clips, this time, on my new car it was easy and the clips where fine to use again.

    This is a good method for taking these things off, also penetrating oil is your friend when dealing with these evil things, dirt and grime make them very stubborn, a little bit of PB Blaster helps break up that dirt and grime it also lubricate the clip for easy removal (you could also use WD40 however it’s water based so it won’t continue to work as effectively as PB blaster which is oil based)

    @@jl-5188 yes it is, that’s why it evaporates idiot JL learn how the water cycle works they teach it in the 3rd grade it’s also why it’s not recommended to be used on guns, knives or anything that can trap moisture and cause rusting

    @@yaqizhang1140 Thanks for watching, if lock clip is accidentally broken, it will take some careful and clever maneuvering using a pair of pliers to pull clip out.

    Depending on the vehicle's age and the environment it was in, they would get brittle so, there is a chance some of them might still break despite your best efforts so always to have some spares.

    Well.. was hoping this was gonna help me with my BMW e46 air intact duct but uhhhhh well it was a different push pin.... and I broke it... but it's okay, still got one on it, that's good enough 😂

    One thing not being said is that these push-clips are only meant to be 1-time use. This is what they told me at an automotive shop!

    Hey Michael great video. My wife has a 2016 chrysler 200 cant get the flap pff to change headlight bulb. Looks like a push pin below i got a tool to get that off i think is that okay to do thank you

    Thanks for watching, while the top cap is shifted up and away from lower tip, carefully insert tip into respective hole. Once in place, shift top cap down and lock clip in place. 😎👍
