Friend the yard stick hit me for a doozie last year when I was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in september.I'm 25 years old, from Bulgaria and had 2 exams left before I got my doctors degree in medicine.Went trough a lot of ups and downs in the past half year but I'll tell ya bud I've realized a lot of important things in that short time.I had my bone marrow transplant in december and now I feel good, it will be another couple of years until i can be more certain that the damn cancer won't come back but even though not much is certain at this point I don't really think about it that much. Most of the time honestly I'm happy as I much like you feel like I'm living on borrowed

I still can’t get over the fact that subs all came together and donated their time, effort, and money, to build the bunker! It’s amazing, think about it. This community is something special hats off to Buckin’s soldiers of kindness 🎯👍👍👍🌅 Sam

I just started following you because the Morgan’s said to check out your posts! I remember when I was in school I’d say I can’t wait to be 21. Now I wish I was a kid at times! Man I’d love to talk to you about Jesus and accepting him in your life! You have a wonderful soul don’t throw it away.

Love this content, I come here to learn how to fix my axe handles...then I get so much more. I can't bring myself to skip a single second, and I usually do on most other channels and their videos. But I just can't skip a single thing here. The main reason for me is because I just want to hear every word he has to say and read every word that pops up on the screen. God Bless Buckin' Billy Ray Smith! By FAR the best channel I have found, Thank You!

Buckin Id just wanted to drop in and say thank you for being such a role model to all of us. I, like most, have struggled, my whole life. To be happy and positive.. What you are doing here, spreading kindness and influencing people to always stay positive, is working my friend.

First video I watched. Came for the axe content, stayed for the encouraging words you spoke to me. It really touched my heart.

This guy is great. Started watching with a video comparing axe types and have watched several since. His attitude is strangely calming and his videos uplifting and informative, if a bit meandering. But his philosophical tangents are soothing

Thanks so much for making this video Buckin! I never thought about re-handling an axe in my life until finding your channel a few months ago. Now I’m working on my 6th axe, and my favorite part is trying to save the old handle like you’re doing here. I’ve been going to yard sales every weekend in hopes of finding old axes to refurbish. Your vids are so much fun, and your tips are top notch! Thanks again brother!!

Thanks to your Irish mate Wooly for dropping your name randomly in one of his shows. That's what led me here. While timber is the common interest in both your channels, I'm sticking around the both of you for the philosophy, especially about the way that we should be treating each other. I have to agree that we are all a little whacko, but, I found out at 67, after retiring, that there was a genuine reason for my "whackiness". Whilst I've had an amazing life, good and bad times, and raised an amazing family, my issues surely shaped my life, even though I was unaware that I had any problem at all. Gratefully, I still have physical health, which I can see that I should be looking after more. I think I saw you say that we shouldn't be taking our health for granted a day or two back. So, I'll have to support the channel with a subscription, and out of this video, I'm going to rip the head off my axe, and deal to the ledge that I created when I replaced the busted handle a couple of years back. Thanks for the tips. Peace...
