That is exactly what I thought. Why not make it in the list of a right click drop down menu? That would make it user friendly. It's not only Microsoft but the so called industry standard Adobe products are also complicated. To do a simple task, you have to go up, down, sideways and sometimes roll over tedious steps. Thanks for some apps they are much more user friendly than the tech giants :(
