    This is a common accident, but we must remember that Marble is a calcium carbonate and does not like any acid products. Please to all the people reading this DO NOT use vinegar or house hold concoctions to wash your marble floors, simply use MB1 Marble and Granite Floor cleaner, it will clean beautifully, leaving it streak free and will not damage your investment. It comes in a 1 ltr or 3.8 ltr bottle and easy to use, add the product to your wash bucket and mop like normal.

    Hello. My friend puked on my Absolute Black granite floor. I cleaned it up within 1 minute but it was too late. The acid etching already occurred. Will MB11 be ok to use on Absolute Black Granite?

    Hi Anna, The whiter, creamer or coloured marbles and limestone's are definitely easier to take out acid etch marks, colours like Pietra Grey & Nero Marquina ( Black Marble)are challenging even for us professionals and by hand you may not get the full colour back into the marble. I have had clients get it back enough with the MB11 to satisfy them, the only other option is to call out a professional I hope I have answered your question, if you need more info please give me a call on 08 9209 2620.

    Hi Amy, MB 11 is designed to remove an acid etch mark from medium to light coloured marbles. Water it self does not normally leave a mark on your table , you have to ask yourself WHAT was the water carrying and most of the time if it has left a mark after cleaning it up then the answer was some form of acid. Give me call (08 9209 2620) if your wish to talk about it more or go onto my website and fill in the order request form and My girls will get back to you with cost including postage to your door. My website www.granitewarehouse.com.au. Hey you can pop into our warehouse if your in Perth WA and I will give you a demo, 91 Beringarra Ave Malaga W.A. MB 11 - Costs only $55.00 a Jar at current rates when I replied to you.22/06/17 Plus postage.

    Can the mb marble cleaner be added in a steamer tank?

  • @granitewarehouse

    @granitewarehouse

    10 жыл бұрын

    Hi Juan, Thank you for your question as this is an important one and I do get asked this a lot. The MB 1 ( Marble and Granite Floor cleaner) and MB 2 ( Heavy duty tile and grout cleaner) products can be added to a scrubber, to help get out that ground in grim, but I myself would not recommend using a steamer on a Marble tile. The delicate composition of the Marble has little micro fracture's and clay veins and the hot steam pushing into these areas could open up the micro fracture and start to break down the tile. Try using the MB 1 for your weekly mop wash first, if you still need something stronger try the MB 2 to get out ground in dirt. Remember that the MB2 must be neutralized after with the MB1 as it is a lot stronger and is NOT a rinse free product.

    Hello I had an accident and I dropped and spilled a small amount of toiled cleaner solution that I was cleaning with onto my cappuchino light colored marble floor. In a panic mode i rushed to get a wet soft microfiber cloth to clean it but it was useless, a small stain appeared. Would your product work to clean this stain off from my marble floor?

    Hi Epifanio Munoz, The MB 11 should help you get your floor looking like new. Remember that you have not stained the floor , but acid etch it, which has taken off the top polished surface of the floor, the MB 11 will allow you to bring back the shine.

    Yes the MB 11 does re-polish acid etch marks and you can use the product on spot marks on a floor as well as your bench tops. If it is a large area with lots of damage you maybe better of using MB22 and Hiring a floor polisher. Please give me a call to discus this further.08 92092620. Regards Mark Tomeo Granite Warehouse

    Hi Trudy, Surprised to here that the MB 11 didn't get out all of the acid etch marks in the tiles , can you give me a call (08 92092620) and I can suggest a few different ways of tackling the marks, sometimes in darker marble or if the mark is deeper it may not work as well , as its only a polishing powder and cant fix major problems. But its always worth a go as its far more cost affective than getting someone in which could cost a lot more than the $59.00 that you spent. Please give me a call so we can chat about different ways of using the powder and hopefully fix the tiles . :-)

    Hi Vou Tsi, Make sure you give the area a good clean with the MB 5 first and get any colouring out and you should be left with an acid etch mark, the MB 11 should fix it and bring it back to a polished finish.

I don't quite understand because if indeed the product was Absolute black it should not be affected by this mishap that you have had, are you sure that it is a granite tile that you have ?? Granitewarehouse - It was a good demo video, but unfortunately I had to watch it with the sound off. Music was truly annoying to the point where I wanted to leave. DIY videos need no music. It is difficult to focus on learning the task being shown and having the music disrupt the auditory channel at the same time. There are two kinds of people - those that can listen to music and do another task at the same time, and those that prefer to do one thing at a time. When you add music to a learning channel, you eliminate 50% of potential viewers or more. Of the 50% that may like music, you will invariably offend many that do not like your choice of music. Therefore you are now down to 25% of viewers who will rate your video favorably. You may want to reconsider adding music.
