How to remove a car radio without special tools ( keys ) e.g. sony cdx-R3350
How to remove your car stereo. Well it is not that hard if you have right tools. There are many radios which you can remove by just a metal wire, but if you have mine type, you can just use two thin steel knifes, and if with them it is not enough you will have to use pliers as well.
In video you can see Sony Xplod cdx R3350 radio, it is my Honda Accord cc7 1993 V
If you have any questions about wiring or what ever just let me know and I ll try to help u out!

I found a method which is a lot easier. All you do is park your car in a shady, bad neighborhood, leave your windows open and return the next day....radio removed :D
Somebody stole my car radio
Typical Russian: "I will use two knives"
I pushed it in😣 how do I get it out !😞
Awesome video man. My radio / cd deck had a wire that was shorting out and it was draining my battery while the car was off which caused my battery to die so I had to get jump started. Thanks to this super easy video I was able to remove my deck. I did have to bend a few pieces of metal, but nothing serious, at least the problem at hand is now fixed. Thank you Warmenn.
It took me 2 minutes - to get two steak knives - and ten seconds to release the tabs, and have the old stereo out. I re-crimped a lot of sloppy work (by the installer), and was back in 200w of bliss. THANK YOU!!!!!
This helped me steal a few stereos
I feel like I just listened to Borat demonstrate how to remove the stereo player.
Thanks soooo much !!! After watching your 'Clip' I have easily removed the Car Stereo before the car gets scrapped tomorrow !!! So for all the Ladies out there - it's easy :-) if you watch !!!! Kindest Regards x
Just take it to Brooklyn, somebody will show you how to do it in 23 seconds.
This guy is not an idiot. Knifes work perfectly, they are thin enough to fit down the side and it easily came out for me. Thank you very much my friend
Fantastic: I tried for almost an hour with tools from other makes of stereo, all sorts of things. With your method it took 10 seconds! Thanks.
I thought this was gonna be simple until the nigga pulled out 2 knives, hell na I'm watching a dif video
Thank you for the inspiration. I was able to use two butter knives, and you have to put them in far enough in until you hear a click on both sides, then i was able to somewhat grab the unit with the knives an pulled.
Knives are fine with me if they work. Just glad he didn't try to MacGyver it with a gun. Quit hating on this dude. He did good. I just had a radio installed and I don't have sound.. and if I didn't KNOW that my speakers were bad amd beyond blown, I would be Freddie Kruegering my dash to get it out. But I don't have knives. Only guns. :-( .. and the accent is Polish. And I love it.
Thank you very much! I have just successfully removed my car stereo all by myself! :-)
This is the perfect video for this. Thank you for mentioning how to put it back in starting with the metal casing. Great job!!!
I used 2 butter knives and got a Pioneer stereo out. Thanks man!

Sorry but I didn’t even finish the video. Took two knives pulled the radio out and fixed the problem. Thank you kindly for the tip my friend; it worked like a charm. 👍🏼
