I feel this challenge on a daily basis and have become much more conscious of my internal (mind) dialogue especially in relation to social stimuli. Knowing that is the mind reaching for validation and fulfillment and not soul awareness (that is complete and satisfied in it's own solitary presence) helps to accept it lovingly and allow the release of these patterns. I'm slowly learning that nothing in the exterior will ever bring fulfillment, my cup can only be filled internally. Thanks for this reminder. 🙏
