Where is the eye protection 🥽 my man?!?! 🥸 Gotta be wearing that P.P.E. brotha, especially when you be using the wire wheel. I once had a piece embedded in my eye. Weirdly I didn’t notice it when it happened or even for over 36 hours plus but then my eye started to really bug the 💩 out of me. It was scratchy and I was rubbing it raw from scratching it would water so much I was constantly wiping it the skin all around was rubbed away, sore and raw as I said. Ended up in emergency room eventually and what it ended up being was a piece of the wire went into my eye and started rusting. And since our eyes are one of the fastest healing parts of our body it was getting “encapsulated” so to speak. So they had to actually use a scalpel and cut it out. Had to wear an eye patch for like a week my shit was super sensitive to light too. ARRRGGGHHH you catching my drift matey. So long story long I learned the hard way that I needed to stop being so lax or lazy bout wearing em. Mostly cause I hated taking the time to go find/grab my safety glasses or stopping in the middle of a job to go look for them. But our eyes are important it’s worth the time and effort to wear them shits ya feel me?!?! TLDR - wear your safety glasses people I can speak from experience about how important it is. It’s well worth taking the extra time to find em and putting em on to save your eyesight!!!
