How does the carburetor idle work?

When the engine is at low speed, the fuel is transported from the tank to the mixing region. From the low pressure vacuum that the accelerator piston creates in the cylinder, it causes the fuel to pass through the idle jet and then through the mixture adjustment screw.
How often do you have to clean the carburetor?
Even without failures, it is recommended to clean the carburetor and review it every 6 months.

Meu gol quadrado cht, tá com a aceleração meio pipocando... o gicle do segundo estágio perdeu a rosca e não está apertando, será que pode ser esse o defeito?

Boa tarde, pode ser amigo, é preciso verificar, necessário você ver a tabela de gicles... E providenciar novo gicle.
opa amigo me ajuda pois o meu carburador está limpo regulado mas a lenta dele está alta mas o parafuso da regulagem da lenta acabou a rosca e nao tem como soltar mais pois ja soltou tudo e ainda esta acelerado

Bom dia, tem que comprar a parte do carburador e fazer uma montagem. Vende separado. Infelizmente sem o parafuso não tem como fazer uma regulagem boa.
Meu carburador mecar 460 nunca acerta, da falta e excesso, não entendo, o carro fica bom quando regula, depois fica quadrado morrendo quando da umas voltas com o carro.

Boa noite, infelizmente essa marca de carburador é ruim amigo, comprei tive que devolver, não dá lenta de jeito nenhum, no momento até fica bom depois volta desregula tudo... Recomendo Weber 460 código 2123..

@@ygorjose7483 Apenas para identificar o modelo do carburador, Tem o 2122 mais antigo, e o 2123 mais recente..
