Hello, you need to setup your system and need to perform system test in advance few hours before exam. Tool & system requirements are given in steps - www.kryteriononline.com/systemcheck/# kryterion.force.com/support/s/article/Online-Testing-Requirements?language=en_US Also it's gud to prefer onsite proctored exam over remote proctored , it's my personal opinion. @@beastking1646 Exams are proctored by live instructor... they will ask you to rotate the camera and show 360 view of your room. After you pass the exam google cloud will verify your clip for any cheating or any other complicance issue

You Need to change that in your webassessor profile. Once you login , you will see edit profile button at top. Change Legal first name and last name there accordingly.
