Wow this is exactly what my teenage son with OCD and anxiety is experiencing. He’s convinced it’s something physical and doesn’t believe me that it’s anxiety.

Great video. Everyone with these symptoms should watch this. So many people seeking answers elsewhere while often it is their anxiety and fatigue that is causing their fog..

Ur videos have help me tremendously and have learn a lot about anxiety and how it works , to the point I am no longer scare of the symptoms. One thing that’s keeping me from full recovery is the feeling of panick when am alone in public i know deep in mind nothing is going to happen is just energy realizing but for some reason I am scare of this and I know until I loose respect for this symptoms I will get to full recovery .

I’ve been back in school for a year and a half and have been so sharp until recently . Especially in my Cost Accounting course .I spend soo much time studying and learning and I get it and do well only for my brain to not remember anything I did 2 days earlier . I have my midterms in a week and so worried about this . It’s so frustrating and I have been wondering if something else is wrong with me lately …. You are so bang on with your explanations . The zombie after exam explanation has happened to be so many times . Exams. Social settings even my own wedding day .

Brain fog is a big issue for me, thank you for addressing it, it’s exhausting but knowing that it is not something that I image or that I’m dumb, makes me feel kinda better 🙂

Does your brain fog ever affect your ability to formulate a sentence? I at times jumble my sentences but I’ve had that issue lightweight for many years. I think it has so with me smoking weed. But I also think it’s anxiety related.

@@temporarilyblond I’m glad I’m not the only one. But sucks that we have these symptoms. But I’m coming to realization that it is my anxiety. I do feel smoking does help me in the long run. I quit for 4 months and omg I had so much more anxiety I thought every little thing that I felt was death. I smoked again and it helped, not the initial paranoia one gets but the calm afterwards is when I find peace. I feel this whole Covid thing, the fires in California where I live we had to evacuate for a week did not help whats so ever. But I think we need to push through, keep our minds occupied with positive thoughts or constructive thoughts. I also feel we can get back to our normal feeling, I’ve gotten there before but I got stuck in the old rut again. Thanks for replying and if you ever need to chat or bounce thoughts off of I’m here. Have a wonderful day !

I get the dizzy feeling also. I don’t get dizzy in the sense of spinning in circle but more like my have trouble focusing on stuff like reading or fast moving objects on a screen. Which makes like equilibrium off. I was taking a multivitamin and my symptoms went away or maybe I wasn’t think about it anymore.
