How to Regain Control of Your Mental State

Ойын-сауық

How do you feel most of the time? Are you truly happy, grateful, and excited about life?! Or do you struggle with feeling stressed, worried, and overwhelmed, more often than you’d like?
Today’s podcast is a solo episode, and I’m teaching you how to strengthen your gratitude muscle, even when life throws its toughest curveballs at you. You'll also learn how to transform negative emotions into uplifting and empowering ones.
It's time to take control of your mental health and emotional well-being so that you can be the genuinely happy, grateful, and excited-about-life person you deserve to be-for yourself and the people you love.
If you follow what you learn in today’s episode, when you get to the end of your life and look back at your journey, you won't see a life filled with regret, missed opportunities, and time wasted feeling miserable. Instead, you'll be smiling at the extraordinary life you intentionally chose to live.

I currently going through a divorce, it is the most difficult thing I am dealing with. Hearing the voice of your optimism helps me to put things into perspective. I am so grateful that you are encouraging other people like myself everyday.

I just found your KZreads..... watched your interview w/Koenigs yesterday. It was EXACTLY what I needed regarding Reinventing yourself. I've always been able to reinvent myself when it was needed, but have been stuck after my husband passed and I moved to another state, etc. You guys REALLY helped open the floodgates of possibility for me. Many many thanks.

So glad you employed lighthouse imagery! I am leaving for an offshore lighthouse soon to serve there this summer and identify with and employ the many facets of lighthouse symbolism to inspire me!

This is material from Tony Robbins. Choosing what you focus on and attaching a new and better meaning

I learned from Tony Robbins for many years, so I’m sure many things I know/teach came from him!

@@raheelsiddiquei1230 That concept of choosing what you focus on and attaching better meanings wasn't created by Robbins. He learned from others as well. We all learn from many teachers in life. Robbins went through the Silva Life System (before they called it that) and he learned from the likes of Jim Rohn, etc. as many of us have. That concept though is truth. You can say it in a myriad of ways, but it's still the truth.

I like your hair dry rather then wet spiked. Smile
