HOW TO REFRESH DAY 3 CURLS | in 10 minutes 💦⏱️

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hola,
I won't lie, it's been a struggle to try and style my super damaged hair lately, but I finally found a way that works for me. I wash my hair every four days now, and just do this refresh every morning to get my life back into my sad sad curls.
I thought I'd show you what I do, just in case you're in the same situation as I am. I'm - obviously - aware that my hair is not looking amazing right now, but I am fully embracing the dryness and frizziness of it until my curls recover.
Hope you find this little video helpful,
Thanks for being here!
Xx,
A

I have just bought the mulberry silk turban to wear while sleeping. An early birthday present but I couldn't resist when I saw it in a shop. It is really fantastic and is stopping my hair frizzing up❤️🇦🇺

Girrrrrl, nice! 🤪 I have no money for that kind of thing, but my satin pillowcase also helps. We do what we can hahahahaha

Easy for a very nice result. Unfortunately I can’t use water spray to refresh my hair. it helps to define the curls but after natural drying, my hair becomes frilly.

Your hair isnt as thick as mine xo maybe you could put the honey conditioner on and leave overnight to really nourish yourhair Then next day wash off all the overnight honey conditioner and rinse hair with diluted a0le cider vinegar. If you want just use your normal after wash conditioner not too hydrating

You need a deep hydrating mask preferably with an ingredient that said butter on the end of it and keep on overnight once a week. Instead of using ingredients with chemicals in them constantly just mix some coconut milk with distilled water a bit of your preferred oil for a leave in better for your hair and fun to do👍

I should probably do that. I'm using a honey mask now, it makes my hair so smooth that (because of the damage) my hair is much straighter than when hydrated?! I don't know what's up with that, but I only wash it once a week now and use the mask each time, trying to save what's left of my curls. 🤣

I have only used my silk turban now for three nights. It is starting to make a difference and I really think it is a good long term investment. My hair is for me a constant battle to keep hydrated and my scalp gets itchyif I use to many products. Also the expense. Over the past year I have been using more diy mixtures for example I use Castillo soap and mix a bit of coconut milk with this to wash my hair. I use a store bought mask leaving on thirty minutes then rinse. I then give a rinse with diluted apple cider for the pH balance. It has taken time for my hair to adjust but my hair and scalp are getting healthier. Sometimes I don't get it right too much or not enough of this and that but I am learning what my hair likes and doesn't like. After rinsing with apple cider I lightly spray with coconut milk mixed with a bit of essential oil I use peppermint and distilled water. Have you heard of flaxseed gel. It's really good for your hair and sets the curl. I make my own itis easy to do All you need it flaxseeds and water which you bring to the boil simmer for ten minutes and strain. It turns into gel. Once it dries on your hair you use a towel or whatever and crunch your hair The hard bits come off and your hair is soft underneath. Good luck with your hair it seems to be improving You are lucky to not have my frizzy hair a constant battle 👍❤️🇦🇺🧑‍🦰🦋
