no information about the microchip , how to buy it , and does it have any special code when i ask for . if the microchip not changed the printer will never work , it needs a new microchip everytime you fill powder ink .

What about changing the Chip? It should be necessary, as hope chant has said..

what is the amount of toner powder to be put? is it 40grams or less? thanks
