There's a much easier way than the video if you mind skipping the ''maintaince'' done along the way. ---Go straight into toner reservoir from the endcap shown @ 5:00. Instead of removing all of that, leave the endcap in place, use a small circle drill to drill out the endcap to access the white plastic plug. Then use a soldering iron to open a hole in the plug(drilling would let debris into the toner reservoir) to use a funnel to add tonner. When finished there're all kinds of ways to seal the hole...duct tape, silicon sealer, etc., or my favorite, a small threaded fitting that would self tap into the plug(use a bit of silicon seal) with a cap so you add tonner later.

No lubricant needed for Dr.blade/wiper blade. Apply some dry ink/powder which you are refilling. Thanks

What if wastage tank is full ??

I forgot to pull the plastic ribbon from the cartridge in my HP Laser1010 printer. Yes I know that was stupid. Now the printing is grey. Can you tellme what went wrong?

for 88A/36A/78A, ITDL brand is the best, 80 grams should be used and make sure to use latest manufactured ink(toner). Avoid ink older than 3 months. Thanks

Why can i not find any video of what i need here ? I need to replace my toner cartridge. What i yank out of the printer is quite big. The replacement cartridge is like half the size. I have a feeling i need to take half off of the old thing and replace it, however, directions are SUPER vague, they don't even show half of it coming off or being put back on. I see videos of the whole thing being pulled out and shoved in, well duh. Then i see videos like this, taking the thing apart, i don't need to do that, i cannot find anything of what i need to do. I just have an ink123.nl 12A which is an HP Q2612A/Cannon 703 replacement, for my HP Laserjet P3015. Which seems to be very correct.

Please Instructor, I refilled mine but after I coupled it back it was printing blank page. Please whats the issue? Thanks

2 possible reasons are --- 1. Wastage tank is full. 2. Dr. Blade is degraded or expired.

There's another video out there that the guy drilled a hole on top and put new ink, then closed it with tape. He was done under 5min, What do you think about that?

मै तो आप वीडियो में जैसे कैरिएज का pin निकलवाएं उसीथरा मेमुजे एक ही पिन को निकाल पाया। दूसरा पिन को नहीं निकल पाए। हमारे पास जो १२ A cartridge है वो ओर्जिनल वाली है। उसको कैसे निकलना पड़ेगा उस के बारे मे कुछ जानकारी दि जी ये।

where can I buy that hook tool to remove the 2 pins on the sides? Is it available online in India? what is its actual name? Removing that 2 pins is the most difficult part.

I have used a sharpened and bent bicycle spoke but those pins are very hard to push. Maybe cooling them would make easier.
