Usually their English accent depends on what language they use predominantly, so if you speak English as your first language and let's say you try speaking Malayalam or another language it sort of makes your accent sound pretty bad for people that speak that language, some can have perfect accents in all languages too, hope this helps..

First, I don't think the creator of this video is Middle Eastern. Second, accents aren't really a choice. To perfect an accent in another language takes a lot of physical and mental effort. You need to train the muscles in your mouth to work in a different way, to make sounds which are different to your monther tongue. If you speak another lanaguage, I guarantee you will have an accent 😉

This is such an American thing to say 🙄 Most people from other countries, when learn a language later in life will have an accent. U don't pick to "keep" an accent, its just there.
