How To Reduce Columns D/C Ratio By Section Shape?
In this tutorial, you will learn how to increase the bending capacity of the columns by using the cross section shape. Because the columns are subjected to two-way bending, sometimes Mu2 or Mu3 is very large and the square cross-section becomes uneconomical, and a rectangular cross-section should be used for one side.
