I’ve tried the support request w/ the video selfie about 7 times now. But It wasn’t letting me open a support request on my main account that was hacked so I used the support request thing in my second account, and in the text box they provided, I added that I was inquiring about a different account. Now they sending me the same email saying “We weren’t able to confirm identity from the video you submitted. You can submit a new video and we’ll review it again”… but like I’ve already sent 7 videos!, how am I supposed to confirm my identity, and also, there’s literally 3 pics of my face on that insta, how do I resolve this, insta just kept replying with the same thing, What a life saver *Future Imperative Corps* is.This really does work I got my account back after it was hacked and I never thought I'd see it again.

What happens if you type in a friends name but the hacker has already deleted all of your friends list?
