النترات واليوريا ليستا نفس الشيء. مثل معظم الأسمدة النيتروجينية التجارية، تُصنع اليوريا من الأمونيا اللامائية (NH3). يُعتبر المحتوى العالي من النيتروجين في اليوريا-46% نيتروجين
