It depends on ,how and what you are going to use it for, gaming laptops are fast and always comes with gpu, and h series processor, it's give you fast experience, but the cons is it will heat, and the you should always plugged your charger ,and it's also very heavy in weight, so if you want to play game, and want a showoff like you are hacker, so buy these laptops or if you're a student,daily go to college, then you should consider a lightweight laptop with good battery backup, if you are only taking it for programming and browsing and using some low graphics softwares then, I will suggest you to take a dual i3 10th or 11th gen /quad core ryzen 5 or Intel i5 10th gen processor, with minimum 8 GB of RAM , always check there should be an extra slot for ram expand, and a ssd of 256gb or 512 , check always there is another drive for storage expansion, if you're taking it for editing, and rendering big projects and playing games them I will suggest you to take i5 quad core processor or go for any and ryzen 5 4600h or u hexa core processor with Intel Iris xe graphic or any Nvidia graphics card, with 8 GB expandable upto 32 gb, and an SSD.

In Amd Ryzen below 4000 series 2GB RAM IS consumed by Integrated GPU ( VEGA 8 ) In asus laptop there is option to Reduce Vega 8 ram consumption from 2 GB TO 512mb through Bios In Acer laptop it is locked and can't be altered In Hp I don't know check Bios

Ryzen 5 5500u is beast man , Don't compare it to i3 11th compare it to i5 11th gen , it has 6 core 12 threads, while i3 11th gen only have 2 core 4 threads,
