Worst part about my problem is that i remember finding my old sim card to reset number, but they randomly couldnt trust the new number and asked for my old and the sim card is lost:( lost so much money spent cause of that trying my hardest, but only declined

It would have been nice if they mentioned something like that when they asked for the number in the first place. Like a big bold text that says update this password before changing this number or something. I didn't even forget my password. I just entered it incorrectly by accident a few times, and it now wants a recovery code. And since I'm not some insane person who memorized all of my outgoing emails, I'm sol? Great system, really!

iv been trying to get back mine for years, i still need it so bad,i even had a recovery key that doesnt work now. but i need to talk to a human, cos it says i dont have enough info, but i have plenty :(

This video did nothing to help💀, all it did was tell me to try and satisfy the Microsoft bots who are very picky and then the video the tells me that simplified I done goofed up and it has happened to me 3 times now do better in support people

I set up my account with a backup account, which i both use. Both are Microsoft. Whilst gaming on the one account got booted out snd asked to verify with a code. I try to sign into the other account for the code, they also ask me to verify this account with a code. So the code for acc 1 is being send to acc 2 and vice versa. Can't get into none of them.

Microsoft is awful, I been hacked and it states it sending a verification code to my mobile and it doesn't.

i know my password just can't verify. Lost my Xbox account like 6 months ago. I know my password but can't verify. And there seems to be NO ONLINE OR PHONE SUPPORT. Verification is the worst part of life. Forget 1 thing you type long ago and you can't win.

For example, i used a credit card but it's been updated i guess, got a new one. And for the name part either it was my actual name or my Xbox username split up. Regardless the dumb bot doesn't help. I need to call and get someone to switch the verification code to a new email.

I agree but My problem is they have verified my account but I haven't got confirmation atleast I need email id of Microsoft customer support

This is not what the title display ''to recover .....'' this is video just shows the instructions what we already know, and see , he is telling us what it means .

Its annoying that The Support System didn't help with my Banned account , neither did this boring Video . God bless Marvis Gateway for helping me out with my account. Hes available on all social media Platforms just In case

Hi Leo, the problem I encounter is that when I go through the recovery process, when I get to provide emails where I sent messages to it does say those emails are not valid, even tho they are accurate 100% ! it seems is a Microsoft default, could you suggest something else? Thanks

ok, Leo my emails are locked and I can't get a recovery code because my cell phone number won't work no matter how many different ways I put it in. The next try another method option is so convoluted it just sends me in circles to the same place. Time to dump Microsoft altogether??????

This is a good video... I am in the process of trying to get my email back. Some questions.... How do they weight the information. Example, they ask for email addresses and titles of sent emails. If I provide 50 of those, but get the date of birth wrong, will it still fail? These are the questions I have...

Yes it will fail. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me the recovery process is not supervised by any person but a bot. Even though i have all the information, it always fail.

@@Darkdragon3629 I actually managed to get it back. I made a purchase WAY back in 2018 for Forza Horizon 4 on PC. It took some digging but I eventually found the last 4 digits of my old debit card. That information was enough for the release of the account to me. Best of luck to you dude, I hope somehow you can manage.
