Great video, Meredith. I usually use Vmaker and It allows its users to record, create and edit videos easily by giving them multiple recording options. It also comes with a wide range of filters, virtual backgrounds, and frames that makes your recordings more engaging and fun.

How do we share the screen and show a video on the screen and take the original audio from the video we are playing. The problem with using zoom or the others is that it takes the audio from the microphone that is taking the sound from what the microphone picks up from the speakers

Hi! I usually use Zoom to record myself, but this last time, there was no audio for the recording in the mp4 file- I was not on mute, I tested the microphone on Zoom, my settings allow for Zoom to access the microphone, etc. but no matter what I do, I cannot get a recording to work with the audio!

Hey Meredith thank you for this quick intro to videocasting. I want to do some tutorials in maths for my students and although I've used Teams and Zoom, I haven't done KZread videos with my face in. This has given me some good ideas as to how to achieve it! 😄

I recently have been using Zoom to record my videos. For some reason, my laptop camera has the sound out of sync, so I started using Zoom for an easy way to record videos! It has been a life-changer for me.

I can't get it to record the shared screen audio so only get the conversations on ZOOM.

I'm trying to do this with Zoom, exactly like shown, but on my final video file, the tab with my camera is directly on my screen share, not beside it. So when I have a presentation, any elements on the top right corner are hidden by the camera tab. Can this be fixed some how? Is it a setting?

I'm using Zoom for PC and there isn't the option to toggle between video and shared screen being the larger. Also the recording output has my face video side by side regardless of where I put it during the recording.

I don’t think you can do that with an iPhone. You can create a Touch Callout where you manually place a “tap”

It is in the app. Same thing as Filmora or OBS studio. The app records the screen for you. Anyway, as you wrote “screen record US”, I am not sure you mean you yourself? If so, She said WEBCAM. So you can have logitech webcam doing camera and mic work.

@@jomontanee Why logitech ? Wouldn't I use whatever camera my laptop comes with? As a complete novice, even this video went too fast and left me with questions. Dont think Zoom allow for editing so that leaves me as a PC user with the 1 recommendation Camtasia. Your answer says "its in the app." What's in the app, the camera? That doesnt make sense. The camera is in your computer, right? You also wrote "same thing as Filmora or OBS studio." What is the same thing? Sorry for all the questions. Tech stuff drives me crazy
