How to Record LoL with Obs 2020

UPDATE = if you want to record League by itself you can use Medal Tv (credit toward Daryl Cheung) and Outplayed both softwares that support recording LoL content up to this point. OBS has been under the rug when it comes to recording nowadays that I use the StreamLabs version, so if it works for you good, if it doesn't well....
it's either your pc is redundent on OBS or you are. - Pantheon
Note Black screen problems are still an issue and Obs needs to get this fixed. The reasons it happens is not all pc users have simular setups and will be on the same page.
🔧OBS patch Used🔧 - OBS Studio 25.0.8
Other Notes - If you can't see the white text
Game capture - League of Legends:League of Legends TM Client.
Window Capture - League ClientUx.exe:League of Legends.
Settings - Output - Recording - Recording path - Browse = choose whatever. Recording Format - Mp4 = Recommended.

Problem about fullscreen is when you alt tab out to say go on Google, the game freezes when appearing on recording. So you never wanna esc. Borderless counters that.
How to reduce lag?

@@Morganaplays what I did was settings > output > output mode = advanced > recording > rate control = cbr > present = low-latency quality. Then I changed the bitrate to something my computer could handle. The greater the number the better but too high it gets too encoded at the same time. I have mine set at 10,000 Kbps
I guess 2 GB of free space is not enough?

Well, yea of course. Once you got OBS, you need extra space to have your recorded files in whatever format you want. I haven't done a updated LoL Obs because of same bugs and problems, plus everyone doesn't have the same pc. Anything to the smallest detail like monitor size will not allow screen to show. Hence one of everyone's problem of the black screen. Sometimes it's something else.
