and there in lies the problem I dont have a stereo mix to enable or disable just microphone so what can i do

@@WhatsHow Windows Enterprise 21H2: I don't have this Stereo Mix option in Input Devices. All drivers and Windows are up-to-date. It's company PC with customized GPOs, but this shouldn't be a problem.
i did not get stereo mix pls help i am on windows 10
