Great vid! Putting that much effort into reclaiming says a lot about the attention to detail you must put into everything you guys do. But you might want to get a dip tank ;)

So I have found when you are cleaning the screens, in the first step if you lay the screen down while your scrubbing both sides it helps time wise and gets more off!!

Did I catch that correct... y’all use Supreme Wash after you dehaze it, as a final step?? I’ve always used 1) Supreme Wash 2) Emulsion Stripper 3) Sgreen Stuff. Interesting. Do you mind elaborating on that part of your process?

That is the correct process what you are doing as these guys are reintroducing oils into the process using Supreme wash after dehazing(as it acts as a ghost remover and degreaser(which cuts the oils from the screen in the final rinse). I am surprised they are not having emulsion adhering issues.

They are not actually introducing oils onto the screen with the Supreme Wash as suggested by jjs. If that was true, using a haze remover would leave oil residue. While using Supreme Wash would not be my first choice for a last step, there is no harm in doing so as long as the screen gets a full and clean rinse. Billy - Your use of Sgreen Stuff as a last step is 100% acceptable, as is using most Haze Removers as a last step.

@@colinhuggins6164 wrong haze remover from franmar(labeled sgreen hazer remover) is a 2in1 process where is acts as a degreaser aswell. Just like the green stuff and the pink stuff from cci, again 2in1's which also act as ghost and degreaser. Supreme wash is really only meant for color change(again franmar relabeled).

but then again golden press kills it so i guess it doesn't affect them, i'm just assuming i've never gone in that order.
