How to Recharge the Strong Men in Your Life

There’s a growing EPIDEMIC I’m seeing in men everywhere I go.
So many men are TIRED, and making themselves SICK…physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. It’s causing a lot of damage as they try to keep it all together in an increasingly complex and hostile world.
This conversation is for anyone feeling the weight of life's burdens, regardless of gender. I'm talking directly to you, about the quiet struggles, the hidden weariness, and the silent battles that many of us face but seldom acknowledge.
This isn't just about being tired; it's about the deeper exhaustion that seeps into your bones-the mental, emotional, and spiritual fatigue that whispers doubts in the dead of night.
It's about the journey of navigating life when you're running on empty, feeling invisible in a world that constantly demands more.
In this heart-to-heart, you’ll uncover the lifelines that can pull you or someone you love, back from the brink including:
How to turn your struggles into strength
How to BELIEVE in yourself again
How to let those around you reignite your inner fire
Simple yet profound actions to start reclaiming your energy and focus
The necessity of finding solace and strength in something greater than yourself
Strategies to break free from the cycle of comparison and rediscover your unique path and purpose
This episode is a call to arms-a declaration that it's never too late to refresh, to shake off the shackles of exhaustion and step into the light of your true potential.
Whether you're a man feeling lost and tired, a woman witnessing the struggles of the men in your life, or anyone in between, there's a message here for you.

Man, I’m one of those men. I will not shrink into a puddle of victimhood but I know it’s all up to me. I am able and willing to open up about how I feel and what I’ve been through but it doesn’t make a difference for the better. Those closest to me see smiles and enthusiasm but I’m just tired and lately I feel broken. I still feel broken by those that were closest to me. I stumble and I better catch myself. I know this through women I’ve dated, one of which broke me down and jumped to something else. I give and support the men and women around me and I don’t expect anything in return but it would be nice if someone believed in me. Like I said, it’s all up to me and if I don’t fight every day then no one will see me crumble, no one will see me tired. They only see me rebuild. I truly don’t believe women and the world is ready to support men in general nonetheless from men that reveal what’s weak about them. We dont need anyone to fix us because god knows we’ve been doing that our whole lives. Fixing, providing, building. We just need people to tell us they are there for us and to be there when things get tough.

Men we hear you and this includes women too. Ed, this is so absolutely necessary to address. Thank you, thank you. We are both the masculine/feminine energies within. We are unique and yet so much alike. As always you are on the pulse of what's occurring in individuals in many lives - everywhere in our world. Our creator is so essential. Always a bold, beautiful, & benevolent message. xo

Others shame is not the same as the shame men carry within themselves it’s 100x more. The small wins are very important. I am living this story now I’ve lived this story for years and just now I am finally seeing that light again. Ed is 100% correct. One more thing I’d add is men you can ask for help. That’s not weakness.

What an incredible message! It breaks my heart knowing there are men out there suffering in silence. I always send texts to my husband telling him how much I love him but today I sent one specifically telling him how much I BELIEVE in him and know he will achieve whatever he puts his mind to. Thank you so much for giving us an insight into a man’s world!

Thank you Ed, the holy spirit led me to your page today. I listen to you often, but I haven’t tuned lately. My guy is definitely going through this, and I was asking God to give me the words to say. As women, we must be mindful to get sound counsel on how to communicate with a man in an effective way because words have power, and what we say and how we come across will determine the outcome. God bless you. Keep allowing our Lord to use you🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I don''t mean that offensive, but business and drive are masculine traits per definition. It's good for woman to nourish their masculine side, but as a feminine being I think you should be in your feminine most of the time to be healthy or at least let it insprie your business..

When you separate yourself. Your partner feels that as well God gave every human being emotions to feel them Express them. It will bring you closer. Hello from San Diego. It sounds like you are in a tough spot and feeling overwhelmed due to multiple sources of stress and lack of clarity. With out knowing you I would suggest really trusting yourself to make some tough choices. Realize and remind yourself that you've made it this far in life and have overcome difficulties in the past and turned out ok. This times no different you have more experience to draw from. Listen to your gut and act from your heart and you can't go wrong. Blessings

Maybe you’re taking the Masculine role in the relationship and so the polarity is not giving him the struggle or role to be a man. In simpler terms, when a man is dominant/earning/physically fit then that makes women instinctively allow their feminine side out.. But when a woman has dominant masculine energy, it crowds out his role and so he may feel like he has no place to provide if you’re the one providing a container/financial security for him. The Solution: be very direct that you love and need him in your life but that you won’t tolerate a guy who is not supporting the family. If men don’t hear explicitly that they are needed then they feel crowded out especially if you have a lot of Yang/male energy and so you are taking care of his role as a provider for him/which needs to stop in order for the dynamic to shift.

Don't depend on anybody... If you need love, you get rejected, if you need faith, you get rejected.... And so, the strong man hides him selves, pretending everything is okay. Be authentic and show your emotions, your despairs... and then you get real friends, and so you get rid of these pseudos'... Until you make a show, you are isolated! It is just so damn simple... You are authentic, you don't depend on anybody and so you find friends. Never be needy! Be authentic! Then people will help you ...

I sent this to my wife because her and I talk about these podcasts often and she loved the message and it was insightful for her but she did ask “what about the woman who also needs to be recharged?”. Do you think it’s possible to have someone come on and talk in depth about the female perspective and what they need to be recharged? In today’s society, most families need dual income, and even people who are getting businesses off the ground need dual income to make things work. On top of that they also have to be mothers and support their husband. Do you think you can have someone come on to talk more in-depth about the female perspective? I think it’s a topic that probably needs more attention and it would help the listeners. My wife being one of them.

When you partner with God, then you don't need anyone to believe in you. The power is generated from within, not relying on ext. "If God be for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31) "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Philippians 4:31) "The kingdom of God is within you" (Luke 17:21) If God be for me, then I know that with God's help I can win.
