I really appreciate the break down. Shop manuals always made this look like a daunting task. You really took the mystery out of it. Having everything laid out on that table really seemed to help. Is there any tricks to getting it all back togther? I get the feeling just loose fit until its re assembled then tighten it up.

Thanks! Having it all laid out definitely helps the folks that haven't done it. Yes, loose fit until you're ready for new fork oil, then torque before adding oil. After that everything is a torque setting. Not complicated. 👍🏽
