I would add a couple of points. After removing the balled-BGA from the stencil, direct heat at it for those balls to hold their place even tighter.

Do not put the solder paste on your finger! That’s a good way to get heavy metal poisoning! Instead, use a piece of plastic like an old credit card to push it into the holes on the stencil.

I mean, I'd probably avoid touching it if I could, but if you're referring to the lead content of solder paste, transdermal lead isn't really a problem so long as you wash your skin very, very carefully. Where it *could* prove a problem is if you handle solder, don't wash your hands thoroughly, and then touch food or your mouth with your fingers.

@@freddychopin However, the exposure from paste is much higher than wire or bar solder because paste is made of microspheres which have a MUCH higher surface area; allowing for more metal diffusion into the surrounding materials (I.e, flux). And if you do manage to ingest the paste, that same effect will also amplify the amount of lead that you absorb. And the nasty thing about lead poisoning is that the effects aren’t immediately obvious… 🤔

@Súráj kúmár I don't exactly know why eMMC is getting dead? But some of the reasons the phone is abuse or too much use of mobile gaming. some are hardware failure, water damage, short circuit, etc.
