Hey! Glad to see the final segment of this series, this is something I've wanted to play with for a while now and haven't found a series as comprehensive as yours - so thanks for taking the time to share with us!

Warf, at Work. You’re welcome!
The fact that you rendered it out in separate passes made me click that subscribe button! All these other tutorials just rendering it out as one image sequence. Killed it brotha!
No joke, this is easily one of the best Blender tutorials on KZread. Succinct, easy to follow and high production value - this has easily saved me dozens of hours sorting through all the other low quality tutorials to figure it all out. Excellent work - subscribed.

Great work Brother... you're a great coach...keep doing such pro level blender tutorial.👍
Great series! Awesome job.
Thanks for these tutorials. This is the coolest blender tutorial I know. You should do more of these tutorials. You have a talent. More blender plz Many thanks. This is really cool interesting and understandable
Great and comprehensive tutorials! I really like the visibility into the entire process - start to finish - which can be difficult to find those types of tutorials, and makes it easy to follow along! I would love to see more on adding objects into your film or turning your face into some kind of horror creature - for all those horror filmmakers who don't have budgets for make up or big budget vfx !

Samuel Colby thanks for the encouragement! And face tracking sounds fun! But I’d imagine it’s beyond the scope of my skills. I’ll look into it anyhow. 👌🏻
You rock, man! This was a really well done series!

Nicely Done. Love to see more visual effects and tracking in larger than life elements in Blender. for creative projects.
Gret work brother. Keep it up !!
awesome job mate.
Thank you so much. I had no idea how Blender worked until I watched your videos
Thanks for this series. This helped me a lot getting familiar with the basics of blender

Sir why did you choose not to use blender only workflow? You could have done everything in blender.
Wow that was amazing! I haven't yet delved in but I'm thinking about trying out compositing! From mostly cloudy Ireland! ☘️ ☮️🤘🏽🤠👍🏽☮️☘️
I'm not able to render shadow layer alone, I did exactly what you did, but when I'm rendering background, it is also showing me foreground in the render
hello , when I renderd a frame I got the background too... I mean urs rendered frame has shadow and car but I got scene included... I'm using V2.90
Hello I really liked your tuts about this series! I have a question can I use your video footage for commercial use like for youtube? It would really help since I am new to VFX.

@@JosiahVaughan no i mean moving characters,cars etc...
Great Tutorial, thanks. I am almost done, but when I render an Image for testing it shows the 3D object which I appended and a grey background. The colors of the Tracked Video is very dimm and dark in Layout mode, in Motion Tracking mode it is very bright. It does not render....Do You have any suggestions what I can do? Thanks again
@JosiahVaughan

Kuba Degi those are a lot of problems and have too many possible causes for me to answer each of them. I would suggest googling them individually and looking on stack exchange. Also the colors problem is probably from your video being set to 50% opacity as the background.
Recreate any Hollywood scene using blender with composition of animation object green screen etc
Why don't you explain how to render the object and the shadow separately? And how do you render without the video going into the composite? i'm stuck here
hey, how can I render foreground and background at the same time?
@JosiahVaughan
4 жыл бұрын
Aditya Thosar for that you need to move all your objects into a single viewer layer and then choose that layer for rendering. It’s a bit complicated to explain in a comment, but here’s a link explaining how the viewer layers in blender work: docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/render/layers/layers.html

@@JosiahVaughan while rendering foreground it renders along with white background....how? transparent checked... use rendering for background...unchecked...how?
@JosiahVaughan
4 жыл бұрын
Aditya Thosar even though it might show a white background in blender, it could still be transparent. Open it in a video editor or photo editor and see if it’s really transparent or not. If it isn’t, make sure there are no hidden objects (like a white plane) with rendering turned on.
