the external nfc scanner, is it plug & play ? or you need to do some settings on it to be able to used in android phone ?

It’s plug and play. But it’s usb A plug, so you need an adapter for your device.

It's a ACR122u. It can be use for reading and writing also simulation but very limited functionality. And it depends on the host controller.

Nope. The credit card cannot be hacked.

Of course. You need a Proxmark3 to crack keys then clone to a magic card. proxmark3x.mtoolstec.com
