My biggest problem is my addiction, I wish I had more self control and not let my emotions get the best of me. This like a drug. It’s a high when you see that green + sign and you getting that money. When that trade is done your on a high. It wears off and your looking for your next hit. Just like a drug. Very addictive.

@@Haha-Harvest0 There's your problem, lmao. I've been learning for more than a month and still haven't started paper trading. I only open my paper trading platform to watch charts and prepare it for once I start paper trading. 35 minutes isn't enough to setup your charts let alone trade.

The thing I like about your videos Ross is that you repeat a lot of the same information. Studies have shown that studying in different settings and repeating the information helps it to stick in your brain better, watching your different videos with some of the same information really drives home the names, patterns, and entry and exit strageys. Yes that is why I keep watching his videos. I am 40 now lmao and need to hear things several times to actually absorb the information. Plus he isn't boring and actually makes this stuff easy to understand. Most traders will not divulge their strategy.

Hello Ross, I love your videos. I am learning so much. On the over/under candle, do you wait for the candle that breaks the high/low to close before entering the trade? Or are you entering as soon as the candle breaks the high/low? Thanks.

Thanks you Ross. Can you please explain Good Faith Violations in cash accounts? I don't have a violation that I know of, but I did get a warning when I was fixing to enter a trailing stop that I would get a violation if I liquidated a stock that day. So I held it overnight, even tho it goes against my grain to hold a position overnight. Maybe I'll catch a pre-market pop, I dunno. I hope the funds settle by then so I don't get in trouble. I can't even find anywhere in my account where it says if there have been previous violations or not or how many.

ROSS, CAN THESE STRATEGIES BE APPLIED ON FOREX ?

If we are looking at a hammer after a pullback and other indicators support a potential breakout, would you place a buy order as soon as the next candle reaches a new high or would you wait until that new candle closes?

@@devinbateham3881honestly I think it’s me trading more off emotions but every time a trend looked one way it would consolidate and flip or go so far in the other way in one jump it would be pointless. IDK what was up with QQQ today

At 46:27 you indicate where you would buy and where your max loss would be. Are you setting up your buy order to have a stop loss at the end of the tail, no matter how long that tail is? If so, how do you set that up considering that the length will always be different? Or is it that you are guestimating that your stop is generally set to that point?

Ross usually is capping his losses at .10 cents, he uses hotkeys to stop out of his trades.

WHat time frame do you suggest for your candlesticks for Day trading?

When you said "Right here" at 13:28, how would you know that this wasnt a false hope or something like that? What if it went up once, like right there, but then just dropped, instead of escalated?

All are pretty good, just depends on your goals.

If you think of your thumb as the close and your pinky as the open . Thumbs down, the market closed below the open. Thumbs up market closed above the open.
