00:08 Tie the spring to one end of the cord, this can be at either side of the blind
00:19 At the opposite side feed the cord through the barrel clamp first
00:24 Push the cord through both holes on the hook
00:32 Feed the cord back through the clamp again
00:41 Attach the hook to the spring
00:44 Pull to tension
00:50 Apply the screw to the clamp to tension, however do not overtighten as this has potential to damage the cord.
