Today, I'll show you how to turn Korean cup ramen into a savory late-night fried rice. All it takes is 2 ingredients and 5 minutes! At first, I was quite skeptical about the combination... but the combination of chewy noodles with soft rice is superb! Give it a try next time you're hungry ;-)

I got a few of those onces. I didn't ear anything for the rest of the day. I had that instant rice before. I put it in a bowl with Kimchi and cracked an egg or two over it before I put it into the mikrowave. Thanks for giving me a reason to buy ramen from my local asia store. I haven't really looked at them yet so now I can.

Neighbors, of course this will work with the regular ‘packet’ ramen. Note: The packet ramen contains about 2x the amount (120g) of noodles as the cup version (65g). So crumble it up inside the packet and use only half the noodles for a 1 person serving! 🕺🔥

It was a great way of serving food.Running an endorphine loop won't hurt anyone. If we can't find the noodles that come in a spice pack, is there a homemade mix you can recommend for the sauce? If I solve the sauce, I'd like to prepare it for lunch tomorrow.I have soy sauce, chili pepper flakes, Red powdered pepper, gochujang, garlic and onion powder. are these enough?
