You should have emphasized cardio as being the ultimate act of love someone can do for their body because aside from an already extensive list of health benefits for the body especially the detoxing aspects it upgrades the enzymes of the body to release greater quantities of antioxidants some of which we only get from a good jog in the sun to get the heart pumping. Correct training leads to the runners high and a nap after the runners high activates the Delta endorphins and great sleep! Meditation with cardio is in my opinion the most effective combo for mind and body.

peter sage thank you. I have been trying to raise , my frequency for several years now. I remeber of a time when i felt like my body was full of vibrant energy. The world looked brighter and i felt free. i felt like i nothing was impossible. But something happened and i need to figure out what it was that made me begin to get cystic acne and i began to feel like gravity was weighing down on me. i never thought of "taking something out of my life". Recently what i have been doing is excercising and trying to get around likeminded entrepreneurs and avoiding negative people. just this past month I kicked out all antibiotics for my acne and started to change my subconcious mind and My body has already begun to heal itself. i honrstly dont know how all this exactly works but the law of vibration apparently seems to be real and work!

Hi Peter :) I really admire how you do such a great job at explaining how the metaphysical world affects the physical world and how you are so good at explaining this in a way that is easy to understand. It really is so true how less is more, and when we relax and go within, we find everything that we need within us. For a while, I had this paradigm backwards. I used to think that to feel better I had to get something in the external world, but now I know that it is the opposite and how feeling well starts on the inside :). I love what you say about enthusiasm, it really is so spot on! When a person is enthusiastic about something, they are so radiant and magnetic and they light up the room when they walk in. This really is the best cosmetic! Gratitude is so important too and is such an efficient way to get back into alignment with feeling good :). Do you ever listen to music to raise your frequency? If I'm feeling a bit off, I put on some Madonna or Kygo and I instantly feel so much better. Thank you so much for everything!

Hi +Peter Sage, First of all thanks again for the positive vibrations you send out! one question though: Its been 8 months now since I started changing my way of living and thinking thanks to mainly you, Elliott Hulse and Philip Mckernan. There is one thing I started recognizing since my outer-world began following my inner-world and that is that I've became more sensitive for the energy I'm surrounded with. When I'm with positive happy people i'm doing fine, but when I'm close to even a slight bit of negativity I kinda block out. The negativity restraints me from doing my own thing. This wasn't the case 2 years ago. Hope you could give some sage advice. Looking forward to meet you some day, Seth

Noorah Naker. Thank you for your interest. I will put the contents of my 9 eBooks on KZread starting 3/1/2016 free for anyone. The producitivity part is real simple. Work 85 hours a week, 35 on full-time job, about 50 on research and writing. I got my motivation from Chung Ju-yung, founder of Hyundai. He set up to build SKorea as the world's largest shipbuilding nation in 1980s (1) with zero experience (2) no money and (3) no dockyard. He said he would build the shipyard and the first ship at the same time. Of course, he succeeded. I am driving a Hyundai now. So, I copied him. I had no experience in writing books. And I was going to work full-time and write full-time. Maybe it is like killing 2 birds with 1 stone. May God bless you and wish you every success in your life.

Re: the waterfall thing I wish I knew more about the science so I could explain it better but basically it's pretty common for humans to feel better around water. there, of course, would be basic genetic reasons for this, wired around our survival imperatives. the other thing I've heard about are positive ions (don't ask me what they are, I need to do homework on what ions are). short claim: apparently we (humans) like post rain conditions. after a rainfall there are more positive ions in the air and our physiology responds positively (sorry, I know that word is vague, that's coz i'm light on the details) to the ions. in my own personal case I've always noticed that I feel great right before a rainfall is about to happen too. Water is a massive part of human consciousness. The body responds very, very quickly to water intake. You notice this when you feel sluggish or grouchy, you have a drink and feel much better and the realize the sluggishness and grouchyness were not the concrete things you thought they were but were actually symptoms of mild dehydration.

I doubt that to correlate emotional states with higher or lower frequencies (which ones, electromagnetic?) is correct. I've encountered this view before. It also creates a hierarchy for emotions (for instance anger and fear: bad, joy and love: good), that is likely to cause problems by itself (non-acceptence of "bad" ones, attachment to "good" ones).
