1. Open Yono SBI. Click on 'helpline'.
2. Click on 'Click here register other complain'.
3. Select type of complaint and raise request/complaint and submit.
4. enter account number, captcha code and click on 'send OTP'.
5. Enter the OTP received on registered mobile and email and click 'Validate OTP'.
6. Select category of complaint request, product and services, nature of complaint/request and enter a brief description of complaint and 'submit'.
7. Your complaint will be forwarded to concern department, you will receive a ticket number after successfully registered the complaint.
