Hello, did you see that outside of the pulley and toothwheel rotate ? between 00:59 and 01:09 but not the crankshaft (the center of pulley), maybe you have lost the good timing mark on cover and the pulley is dead.

Hello Bruce! When doing a DIY and you're the camera man as well, it's not unusual to forgot to turn on the camera and that's what happened here, sorry.
