I have been a Buddhist student “ as it is a very intense no KZreadR religion for everyone meaning,it’s not,TRENDY” I have felt thru the many yrs I’ve been studying. Been sober many yrs. Not just that, teaches you about people . They are extremely complex so do not waste your time and energy to do so. Leave negative energy behind ,it’s a gentle quiet religion Try look at things as that was the former self. Not that you were a bad human . You needed to learn on a journey of life, I at 62 finally from yrs of perfectionism but do still belief everything happens for a reason same time]! Trying to treat myself gently and stop feeling like a failure when I wasn’t. That’s how one learns. I’m not just speaking of addiction bc I’m sober 20 yrs. I’m talking about religion. I get judged for my beliefs. I stand strong bc I feel better plus I sincerely belief I wouldn’t have made it if not for these philosophies and beautiful meditations. I cuddle quietly with my cat or soak in a aeromatherapy hot bath w bottle cold water, YES THERAPIST IN MY LIFE BUT IVE MENTAL ILLNESS DISCOVERED) I actually have a Buddha statue in my house! I feel everyone has different coping methods depending on that person. I’m into crystals as well, music is healing. I get Therapy often. I will say as well, I’m a creative writer and poet when I can. Death, as John Lennon said you shouldn’t fear. It’s simply like your soul goes from one car ….then your body…into another .RIP. No. No feelings of death here! Miss John ťhough as forever ❤

I'm catholic, i belive in spirituality and some kind of circle of reincarnation and a creator , but what do they say about the three abrahamic religions in buddhism? do they even mention them? I ask this because even if i try to stay away from negativity, i feel like negativity is haunting me, the more i try to find peace and connect with god the more stuff is litteraly unfolding infront of me, and so many people are sleepwalking while europe is on a downfall and all i can do is watch and try to warn them about the dangers of too many radical religious people..
