    Jo ap ghani sai pure letai hain vo asal mai eska extra virgin form hi hota hai. Jo first extract kiya jayai beej sai usi ko extra virgin kehtai hain.baad mai uss mai sai kafi kuch nikala jata aur kafi kuch add kiya jata jo k extra virgin ni rehta🙂

    Me sarsu ka oil use krti hn cooking me.. lekin kafi bar sisa hota h k pyaz brown krtay hue hi jagh itna zyada ata ghee pr r aksar jb pani ka cheenta lgatay masala bhontay hue tb b jagh itna hota k neechay pta hi nhe chlta k kitna cook ho gya h. Smjh nhe aa rhe k jhagh q ata h itna zyada

    No need to do all this. Take good quality seeds and use directly. Smell goes away as soon aa ustart cooking.

    Good quality of seeds ko bhi jis machine mai process ker k oil nikalna hai ,ye sab impurities wahin sai aati hain.Har ek ka apna tarika hai.jis ko jesai tasalli ho vohi karta hai vo😊

    to get rid of smell of this oil, it will go away right after it starts boiling. it is a wastage to add those spices.

    Heat the oil to the smoke point . And add piece of bread (roti chapati naan).till it gets burn in the oil. Remove the burnt piece and your oil is ready to use . It removes it's bitterness.
