यह बात मुझे पहले मालूम होती तो मैं एक केस नाही हरता.यह बात मुझे मेरे वकील ने भी नहीं बताई .लेकीन उस्मे आभी भी केस कोर्ट के आदेश का पालन नाही किया इसके बारे मे चाल रहा है . यह आपका लेक्चर बहोत उपयोगी होगा एसा लागतं है . धन्यवाद कैसे कहू मेरे पास शब्द नाही है.

Shukla ji..court clerk nhi..ye aapko or aapke advocate ko likhna hota hai...properly exhibit lgaane hote hai serial wise..and aapko court mein produce krne hote hai court reader ke paas...

Rakesh Singh ji..aap court mein application dekar company ke concerned employee ko notice krke court mein bula skte hai with record......then vo aapka poora record lekr aayega..tab aap apne joining letter ko exhibit krva skte hai....uski gwahi krvake.....
