Set boundaries around your time, and sleep and set consistent time aside for the Lord in prayer and in Word. Understand your weak spots and ask God to strengthen you there. Jesus always used scripture to combat Satan in the desert. Always fight the devil by saying “It is written….insert scripture here” you will resist him even if he comes back 2-3 times until he flees.
