Have your users ever brought down your network by bringing their own wireless router into your network and accidentally introducing a new DHCP server in your network?
Or have you seen incorrectly configured appliances from a vendor that has its own default subnet and DHCP, and of course, again, introducing a new subnet to the broadcast domain?
How about users that try to hack you using man in a middle attack by introducing their own DHCP Server?
In this video, I explain how to mitigate risks caused by the DHCP rogue server in your Cisco switching environment.

Finally someone explain how avoid that issue with real work environment, I'm preparing myself for CCNA certification and your videos are very helpful
Which cisco router and switches do you recommend for home lab and practice purposes? Can you provide a link to see if I can afford it? I wanted to make my own network front scratch, I see you have a video using a router from scratch that is super helpful, I appreciate your help, thank you for everything you are doing

Thanks. For switches, I would go with Catalyst 3750-X; for the router, I'd use virtualization.

@@carloscastroquintosa3598 For router lookup for Cisco 1841; it's old and probably won't support anything new, but for starting should be enough.
Hard to read the text on the screen. The black background makes the characters unreadable.

You are right; green characters were better; I'll have to switch to green characters again.
