Heat shrink tube will also helps

I use those springs that are found in those used up retractable ink pens, to act as a strain relief.

No shock, it has less than 5 volts , in usb, look at adaptor it takes 250 volt in from supply and gives 5 volt out

Pls pls pls guys never do this things. My charger was also this problem and I follow these methods after two days the place I insulated by thread is starting heat up with in a min the place where fire catches,luckily I take off my from charging but my charger is damaged and phone sound button and the back of damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
