How to protect soil & plants from
Soil health is essential for better yield of crops. A healthy soil contains all essential micronutrients, optimal drainage and healthy micro flora that can inhibit growth of pathogens.
In today’s video we are going to target #nematodes and other soil born pathogens that have potential to harm the plant through roots. Upon infestation the roots form nodes where fungus get easy access and it start rotting. When the infestation is still spreading in roots, the plant slowly reduces water & micronutrient intake. As a result, plant growth get stunted, fruit size get reduced and the plant leaves start drying up. It doesn’t take more than 3 days when you see an apparently healthy plant drying after slowly drooping & drying it’s leaves.
