well maybe its smarter to look someting up instead of trying without a thought about it and failing
As a production professional, this hurts to watch. PSA DON"T DO THIS! I was really hoping he'd show what this does to cables and sure enough, you can watch him as he has to attempt to flatten out the hard "creases" in the cable at 2:26. Use the over/under technique instead.
This helped alot, thank u , i ahve always struggled with packing in cables
Awesome 👏🏽 definitely helped out
Maybe this works for fabric covered cables but it's definitely not a good method for typical plastic usb wires.
Lots of stress on those cables you can see it with the bends when it is unraveled
Thank you I never knew how to use the leather tie at the end of my elk in cable. Thanks
I couldnt tie up these cables for some switch controller for the life of me. Thanks!

I have to wrap mine in a long oval It's like two of my hands wide And I can't figure out a way around it
you are a life saver THX
It's not recommended to wrap the cable like they have it packed from the factory is it?
This is great. Thanks!
What if the cord is made really stiff?
Thank you!
Thank You Thank You So Much 🥰🥰🥰🥰
My cable has been packaged like this and now the cable is like spiraled how do I fix this
Thank u bruh ❤
Yikes can't watch the poor cable getting strained like that. Not the right technique either it's going to wear out after a while.
Thank you
Videazo!
Thanks bro😅
Is it ok to charge things while a bit of the cable is coiled or is that dangerous? I have a shelf where I charge everything and so I’ve shortened some of the wires that are plugged in by coiling them a bit to keep everything tidy, but now I’m wondering if that’s safe or not?

This was amazing! Keep up the good work!
You're applying slight twist to the cable and eventually it'll go bad. Don't do this! Any method of rolling/wrapping a cable if it doesn't unfolds/unwraps easily and without loops and twists is a bad one.

So why are you here? 🤔😆
You have actually wrapped that wrong. When you go to stretch that cable out your going to get kinks. It should be wrapped over and then under its the same with extension cords and hoses. Nearly every person wraps cables and hoses wrong. Without taking any offence I think you need to look up the correct way and then re do your video. Anyone who deals with cables or hoses would be cringing at the way your folding that phone cable.
Not good. Causes bends and damage. Seek over under style.
Why not rubber bands? 😊
Another “creator” giving garbage advice that will actually ruin your cables, what a surprise. He proves it himself when he unravels the cable - see the mess of loops that will eventually turn into a bigger tangled mess? Each of those loops stress the cable and will eventually cause the strands to break. It’s difficult to explain the correct method through text alone as it seems tricky for someone who’s never done it, but it’s called either “coiling” or “over-under technique (look those up). You need to twist the cable in the opposing direction for each loop you make. This keeps the cable’s “spine” straight. If done correctly, the cable will be perfectly flat when unraveled - no loops or twists.
That’s cheating
Why is this four minutes
Sorry, but this is far from a good way of wrapping cables and cords.
"straightening the cord" and folding it just stresses the metal inside more than necessary and shortens its lifespan. i thought there would be useful information.....
