It’s a shame that they sell products to put on wood floors all that it is wax and sooner or later it Has to come off when I take it off it’s not cheap don’t put wax on wood floors

I was wondering if you could help me answer a few questions when it comes to wax removal on wood floors? First question: What kinds of stripper is supposed to be used in woodfloors? And does it make a difference between engeneered offsite finished with Aluminum oxide and on site finished wood floors? Are the any egeneered floors you don't want to remove wax from and how to tell when coming across them? Is there a place you can learn all this knowledge in 1 place? Thanks for any help!!

Can you use an orbital instead of 175? Do you recommend adding polyurethane or just leave it plain after the Neutralizer cleaner?

Unfortunately you would need a different process for heavy finish build up

As a Hardwood floor professional, this is a joke! The amount of water alone is enough to completely ruin a hardwood floor like this. Sure it looked good at first until boards begin to buckle and gap.

You sound like an uneducated clown. Not only have we had excessive training, but TONS of expertise/experience dealing with hardwood floors. I used to actually travel to other franchises training guys for hardwood floor care. You sound more like a carpet cleaner. Maybe your mad about your lack of success? I wouldn't know, because you're watching MY videos.... not the other way around lol.

I DO NOT AGREE AT ALL... First and most important, you should never apply wax on any hardwood floors. By doing it, you will be damaging your floors on a short period of time. Hardwood floors are designed to last more than a couple of decades and can even last up to a century if people take the proper care of them... I have over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry and i have my commercial cleaning company in Texas... As a professional service provider i had a request to wax a 2,500sf of "LVP" floor newly installed on a hallway in a daycare. The daycare owner stated that she wanted to protect the new floor from bein damaged. Once i saw her request i went to the daycare to meet her and explain her how the waxing applying works and where can and cannot be applied and what the consequences could be if i wax her floor. Which it goes to say that i declined to do that kind of service. The pay was good, but i could never agree to perform a job where i will be taking advantage of the customer... The procedures of striping and waxing a commercial floor are as follow: 1) SWEEP THE ENTIRE FLOOR, 2) SCRAPE ALL GUM AND TAPE OR ANY RESIDUE STICK TO THE FLOOR, 3) SWEEP ONE LAST TIME IF NEEDED, 4) APPLY THE STRIPER, 5) SCRUBB ALL EDGES AND CORNERS, 6) SCRUBB THE FLOOR, 7) VACUUM ALL LOOSEN STRIPER AND MOP THE AREA WITH NEUTRA CLEAN, 8) APPLY LOTS OF WATER WITH NEUTRA CLEAN AND SPREAD IT ALL OVER THE FLOOR, CORNERS AND EDGES, 9) VACUUM ALL THE WATER, 10) MOP THE AREA WITH WATHER WITH NEUTRA CLEAN, 11) THEN WAX, AS MANY COATS AS NEEDED, DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE FLOOR... IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER LOOKING TO HAVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE DONE, it is important for you to understand the following: When we are striping ( THE PROPER WAY ). We need to use lots and lots of water and striper in order to provide a neat professional service... By not using lots of water and specially not using a water vacuum, many small fibers, dog hair and human hair will stick to the wax. There is no way you can do striping and waxing without using lots of water with neutra clean and no vacuum it. Where the old wax will go.??? You cannot just spread it, let it dry and just wax on top of it...

This is the longest and wrongest answer I've seen to date! Lol. First of all! No one is applying wax. Never in the video does it say apply wax. The CORRECT top coat, that is applied on top of the FACTORY FINISH urethane is A POLYACRYLIC. The products we use are DESIGNED for use on wood floors. Secondly, there is a great product ( not wax silly ) for protecting luxury vinyl plank. I'm guessing you just don't know about it or you would have offered it to your customer. Sounds like you might benefit from some up to date classes on your different types of substrates and processes for RESTORING and/or MAINTAINING. We are highly trained and certified good sir. Keep watching for more tips!!!

@@floors-u-adore someone came to my mothers house and put polyurethane on the floor I'm trying to remove that bc he did a horrible job....so it would have to be sanded?trewax and a red pad wouldn't remove it?

If you are going to spend the money on pro equipment, the people you buy the equipment from should be able to get you started. There is no replacement for experience.

@@GertTown ehhhh..... You'll find a lot of times the people who sell the equipment don't have actual field experience & will give you grossly wrong info. Even in social platforms FULL of "so called" professionals there is A TON of false info. These videos help cleaners who are trying to understand textile cleaning.

@@floors-u-adore is didn't mean training from the equipment company, i meant the equipment seller setting the buyer up with one of their good customers that will let them ride with them a few days and see the equipment in action. If they don't or won't do that I would be suspicious. That's what we did selling auto equipment anyway. Still no substitute for experience though.

Antonette, these professionals dont become good overnight. Experience and refining their technique for the craft. They've also spent money learning the trade and often training for the very same products they use. I wouldnt share either. We are talking $250 for every 500sf, just for the chemistry.
