Assalamualaikum, dan hello youtuber. Pro 2 disini, video kali ini, saya akan kongsikan dengan anda cara mengisi gas AC anda mengikut spec kilang. Video saya sebelum ini, mengenai repair kompressor leaking, dan video ini adalah sambungan dari repair kompressor yang leaking. Ada label di ruang enjin anda memberi tahu, berapa banyak gas yang perlu diisi ke dalam sistem AC anda. Saya menggunkan penimbang digital bagi mendapatkan jumlah berat gas yang telah saya isi kedalam sistem AC saya. Nak tau lebih lanjut, jom layan video ini.

0:10:45 - add between 600 to 650 gram
0:11:04 - connect the charging hose to the refrigerant can
0:11:32 - purge air avoid system contamination from air and moisture
0:12:12 - scale decreases knowing exactly how many grams you have added to the system
0:12:28 - start the vehicle put on the ac
0:12:47 - open up the valve on the low pressure side
0:12:52 - compressor will kick on when there's enough pressure
0:14:28 - adding r134a until it reach 600 gram on scale
0:14:45 - close low pressure valve also close the nozzle tap can
0:14:58 - check the temperature in the car
0:15:29 - remove the yellow hose from the nozzle
0:15:34 - take the weight of this can
0:16:05 - take off the R134 coupler
0:16:08 - Put the cap back

time kaseh.. flushing kne pakai mesin, kedai air cond ade mesin nih, nk beli agak x berbaloi.. mkn ribu jugak harge dia..

yer.. flushing juga penting.. filter wajib tukar setiap kali lepas flushing..

bila ac off bacaan lebih kurang sama, yg low preasure akan naik, high preasure akan turun.

Bos.. mcm nk diy keluarkan semula gas? Sbb nk isi semula gas.. mcm tak puas hati kedai vacum sekajap sgt, 7 minit je.. terus isi gas.. bacaan high 100 shj. Low 40. Kalau buang gas.. dan vacum semula.. minyak compressor tak keluar sekali ke?

salam, 1. kalau gas leaking dr pressure switch(total empty), adakah minyak compressor sekali keluar 2.kalau top up gas dalam sistem ac yg kosong, perlu masukkan minyak compressor lagi selepas step ni?

1.ada sikit minyak keluar sekali dgn gas.. tapi x banyak.. 2.kalau ada ganti komponen, perlu isi minyak.. bergantung kpd kompenen yg di ganti..
Bang.. confused first isi gas tu perlu terbalikan tong atau tak?? Ada tengok kata perlu terbalik n ada kata x perlu..sya tukar compressor

Saya cadang kan, terbalik kan sekejap² je.. selebihnya baringkan pn ok, bile terbalik, yang masuk dalam kompressor bukan dalam bentuk gas, tapi liquid R134A, dan kompressor agak sedikit terbeban dengan kehadiran liquid. Bia kompressor sedut dalam bentuk gas, lagi selamat. Agak lambat sket kalau botol berdiri tegak, baring kan aje.. pn ok... :)

assalam.. bang, sy confuse masa lepas start enjin tu.. hanya buka low pressure meter sahaja ke? yg high memang tak buka ya? sy bnyak kali ulang tengok, takde buka yg meter high pressure tu masa isi gas
