How to propagate String of Hearts / Water & Butterfly Method + 60 Days Update

Hello Everyone! So excited to share this video with you. This is the first video that I filmed during a long period of time and has very nice updates implemented into it. I have propagated a lot of String of Hearts over the last few years, so I thought to share with you the 2 methods that I use depending on what I want to achieve.

This video was so helpful! How often would you say the prop box string of hearts need watered?

For all the time they stayed in the prop box, I watered them twice. So they are very low maintenance. 🤗 So happy this video was helpful to you! ❤
Hello Esmeralda... great video! I am curious about the substrate in the bottom of your propbox?

Hello! 🤗 I just put some gravel at the bottom. They are normal rocks nothing special. It is just so that if water comes out of the pots, they do not sit directly into it. It creates a drainage layer like the ones in terrariums.

@@MsLou1966 Yes, I can see condensation on the sides. 😊 I don't need to water as often the pots inside. Off course it is better to open the lid from time to time if it gets too wet.
I'm new to the strings. Mine are doing amazing in a window but I wanted to prop. How I know how to. Thank you!

What's the name of the anthurium that's behind you Esmerelda?

Behind me there is an Anthurium Clarinervium. The other big heartleaf is a Philodendron Gloriosum Verde. 😊🌿
