When you do a factory reset, that doesn't affect the Rfid key?

A factory reset will wipe everything off the lock - so, yes, all codes including the Master Code will be wiped.

If you have a Yale Assure Lock, there is a reset button on the back of the internal lock. Do you have a different Yale digital lock?
